The Technology Solutions division of IQVIA develops, markets, and implements healthcare-focused enterprise software applications to help life sciences customers drive their business from molecule to market.


We are looking for a Go to Market Coordinator to support our GTM Strategy & Enablement team.  Our ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, able to manage several moving projects at once, experienced with handling logistics and meeting planning, and has the ability to adapt to change as IQVIA is a dynamic environment with a diverse organization. This position will report to the Vice President, GTM Strategy & Enablement.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provides high level administrative support to the GTM Strategy & Enablement Team
  • Support global in-person training events with logistics, communications, and offsite and onsite activities.  Work directly with hotels, A/V companies, restaurants and Procurement.
  • Set up and run webinars and learning activities via webinar platforms and  virtual learning platforms
  • Schedule meetings, assist with meeting logistics, arrange travel and process expense reports
  • Process invoices and assist in the monthly budget process
  • Format presentations and documents in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Manage project plans
  • Maintain communication distribution list
  • Other projects as assigned based on business need

Qualifications / Skills:

  • High school equivalent or minimum of 10 years of project coordinator/administrative experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English fluency is essential)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving abilities
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to work with across the company and across our global teams, understand cultural sensitivities and time zones
