Job Profile Summary

  • Manage study set-up of investigator and monitor accounts and coordination of lab supplies to sites for new and amended studies.
  • Managing the end to end supply chain on allocated studies

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Initiate and maintain Client Database Forms (CDB) on all new and existing investigators into Topcat.
  • Liaise with PMG group and or sponsor to acquire site list and /3i and to plan initial supply shipments
  • QC of 3Is/investigator lists and CDB changes and ensure the accurate creation and amendment of investigator and monitor accounts in TOPCAT.
  • Responsible for the accurate investigator information in TOPCAT including the verification of site details in principal fax numbers
  • Manage study set-up of new investigator accounts and co-ordinate lab supplies to site on time.
  • Ensure all starter packs and amendments are shipped according to date requested.
  • Monitor and track individual supply shipments per site/study and provide status
  • Responsible for copying results between studies
  • Understand and apply the site Safety, Environmental Policy, Safety Management System and relevant legal safety  & Environmental requirements
