Job Description

The Lead will:

  • have deep channel marketing experience with expertise in at implementing at least or more non-personal marketing channels, email, e-detailing – content on via platform, call center, self-service website, etc.
  • drive organization readiness and be responsible for the development of the channel implementation strategy
  • ensure that the technology is used effectively throughout the organization.  
  • develop use cases for global teams to relay around for future implementations 
  • develop materials that introduce channels and can be used to facilitate playbooks
  • experience with remote detailing such as Veeva Engage
  • knowledge of webcasting tools screen share capability enabling a 1:1 virtual meeting such as On-24 or other tools that enable voice dialog, text to dialog capability.
  • may be asked to provide support to the RFP process
  • design road maps that will be used to stand up channels in countries outside of the US.
  • be familiar with MLR process and understand what might be needed to get content approved
  • must have peer-to-peer experience

The candidate will work primarily from home and travel as needed domestically and internationally

The Lead will also:

  • provide direction and requirements to IT and vendors to enable technology related to channel implementation.
  • need to be able to create standards and describes needs for future implementation strategies
  • be an effective partner with IT, global management and marketing teams
  • may lead a cross functional team to implement several new channels globally

Education, Experience, Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of experience in consulting, services, or internal roles focused on multichannel and/or digital marketing.  Master’s degree preferred.

Subject Matter Expertise, with hands on experience, across multichannel disciplines such as marketing technology, strategy and operations.

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) required  
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
  • Detailed oriented and should be able to manage numerous deadlines & deliverables
  • Pharmaceutical Marketing Experience a plus
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building, and support skills
