Job description

We are in search of a Project Manager – Patient Technologies, who will manage the operational aspects of studies, implementing Electronic Informed Consent (eConsent).

Job Overview

You will ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices and see first hand how IQVIA is moving healthcare forward.

Essential Functions

• Attain a thorough understanding of the product to explain and demo to clients and end users.

• Manage and lead multiple global eConsent projects to ensure they are executed on time, on budget, and according to specification.

• Ensure project quality compliance with quality plans, SOPs and work instructions
• Complete project management documentation throughout the project lifecycle including planning documents, schedules, status reports, change orders, invoicing, close out paperwork.

• Report metrics and manage project KPIs

• Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
•  Lead problem solving and resolution efforts.
• Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements

• Bachelor's Degree Req
• 5 years of related experience Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
• Good teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good judgment
• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
