Working schedule: Full time

Role purpose

We are looking for a finance analyst to join our expanding company. You will be part of a highly visible and interactive small team. This business focused role will support the flow of financial information to ensure accurate and robust reporting within the business unit, providing insight on key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for continual process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Close contact with local business in Ukraine and Kazakhstan as well as with local accounting outsourced companies acting a financial controller for these countries;
  • Managing period closures ;
  • Provide support and awareness of company policies and procedures to local teams as well as execute control over compliance to them;
  • Preparing  corporate reports and requests related to both countries;                                                                                                                                                           

Experience

  • Good Microsoft Excel knowledge;

  • A proactive, innovative and pragmatic approach to problem solving and an ability to think critically and independently, able to work as part of a cross-functional team;

  • Good English knowledge - written;

Education

  • Master’s degree
