Position Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate Fieldwork Coordinator Junior to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office!

The primary focus of the role will be to be responsible to support planning activities and managing budgets in a Data Collection (DC) team. The FW Coordinator we are looking for will be responsible for leading fieldwork (FW) for PI projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland regions.

What to expect:

  • Plan, coordinate and follow-up fieldwork stages for PI projects.
  • Implement and follow procedures to monitor and control data collection flow, ensuring regular reports on project evolution and that FW and data delivery timelines are met.
  • Monitor key project metrics to drive internal and external client satisfaction.
  • Effectively work and communicate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.
  • Apply critical thinking skills in order to foresee any potential difficulties and find solutions to avoid them.
  • Develop FW knowledge by identifying market insights in order to provide support on project definition: sample estimation, scope, objectives, timeframes and budget.
  • Lead and guide the interviewer team during the project lifespan.
  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements.

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Native German level is a must.
  • Very high level of English is required.
  • Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
  • Good skills with Microsoft Excel is needed.
  • Highly organized with experience in working accurately with tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Must have strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a multitask environment.
