Field Coordinator

The Field Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring strategy execution set forth by G1 Therapeutics and their leadership team. They will also be responsible for delivering on all contractual obligations as agreed to by the client and IQVIA.


  • Handle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline and termination of MSLs
  • Review and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with expense policies
  • Communicate with the G1 Director on regular and timely basis regarding program reporting
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of training, and periodic meetings
  • Recruitment operations including making employment offers
  • Travel as needed and approved for program and employee support


  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University required
  • Two (2) plus years of pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry.
  • Two (2) plus year’s previous pharmaceutical/biotech management experience, managing a team of successful pharmaceutical/biotech personnel.
  • Ability to leverage tools and data to conduct sales analytics in order to guide decisions and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire towards meeting and exceeding objectives
  • Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel
