We are excited to announce that at this time we are looking for a Field Coordinator to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.  

Field Coordinator

The Field Coordinator is accountable for coordinating with the district management for assigned projects; communicating project activities with field-based employees; managing HR activities of field based employees; and participating in managing the administrative procedures related to Field Management and project operations. The primary tasks of the Field Coordinator are:

  • Support Project Lead, National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and/or District Manager with customer related issues
  • Coordinate assigned project activities
  • Participate in appropriate customer and IQVIA meetings
  • Document and report district’s project progress and status to appropriate entities
  • Manage field-based and internal resources to achieve objectives
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the field based management
  • In conjunction with HR respond to employee relations issues
  • Identify, interview and screen candidates
  • Educate and train field based employees regarding benefits and IQVIA policies and procedures
  • Submit project reports as required as well as adhere to all personal reporting requirements
  • Track expenses and costs to ensure compliance with district budget requirements


  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
  • 5-10 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech or medical marketing/sales experience preferred with at least 3 years spent in a promoted position and/or developmental role with demonstrated leadership across peer and manager groups
  • Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred
  • Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team

  • Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision
  • making skills
  • Coach and council sales representatives in the field to reinforce product knowledge, core selling message and role model best practices
