You will learn the life-cycle of a clinical trial with focus on identifying the right sites for each new study.  You will play an integral role in understanding the data and formulate insights to help you manage study deliverables. You will utilize multiple databases and file tracking systems, and you will review study information to identify quality concerns.

In this role, you will work directly with study teams consisting of team members from various departments located across North America and beyond. You may also have an opportunity to lead the development, testing and implementation of new processes and technologies. This Site Identification role is the perfect launching pad for your career.  


  • Assist the Site Identification team, working closely with Site ID Leads assigned to active studies including activities such as:
    • Understand key goals of Site Identification
    • Use data to prioritize sites for outreach
    • Contact sites to explain the study and assess their interest/ability to participate
    • Manage gathering documentation and recording it in our IQVIA tracking systems
  • Assist Site ID Leads and Line managers test and/or implement new processes and technologies:
    • Work with processes/technologies to identify issues, inconsistencies and roadblocks. Recommend potential solutions. Support the development and delivery of training materials
  • Assist Site ID Leads in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing and archiving of clinical documentation and reports.
  • Identify and record process or quality problems and bring them to the attention of a senior team member


  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, taking ownership of assignments and working with others to drive them to completion
  • Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Proven ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and deadline


  • Pursuing a Bachelor or graduate degree in Life Sciences, technology or related disciplines
  • Prefer senior undergraduates (i.e. in the last 1 year of the program) or graduate students but the department will consider other class levels, as appropriate.
