PURPOSE

Supports the operationalization of the next generation of clinical development solutions. Facilitate the interactions between the Asia Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE) and the Project Leadership, Therapeutic Strategy Leads, Feasibility leads and other operational staff Coordinate and manage analytics requests from the IQVIA R&D Solutions and RWI businesses (scoping and management of pre-award request and ongoing project delivery) and support appropriate resource allocation for requests, to enhance IQVIA R&D and RWI proposed solutions




 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The Operations Manager is a key analytics interface with the sales, proposal, and project teams and must have the ability to interpret requests and provide information to support the overall business need.
 

Accountabilities, include:

-      Oversee and coordinate analytics requests (both Asia only and with Global counterpart) for the design, development and delivery of analytics solutions to support and enhance IQVIA R&D and RWI Solutions opportunities and trial programs,

-      Support the output framing into suitable one for internal and/or external stakeholder content

-      Tracking of requests and associated reporting.

-      Partner with other R&D and RWI Solutions functions in a consultative manner to define analytic requirements to support trial strategy.

-      Generate creative solutions, apply logic, and problem solve, often in real time.

-      Allocates appropriate Asia ACOE resource to accepted



Job Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of related healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry experience including clinical trial planning knowledge and understanding. Consulting experience a plus. Demonstrates excellent organizational, communication and project management skills.  Active listener with strong relationship building skills

•        Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace


•        Effective time management skills.


•        Knowledge of consulting and training methods, tools and techniques a plus.
