Reporting to the Director of Events, as Event Producer working in our Site and Patient Networks division, you will be fundamental to the successful design and delivery of clinical trial training events.
You will work closely with the Study Team, Client, and Event Logistics team to design and pitch delivery recommendations for innovation and engagement in live events whilst working within the constraints of the medical industry. You will also facilitate the meeting and solutions designed onsite at the meeting, ensuring flawless program delivery.
An accomplished events and content design professional, you will have a proven heritage in producing live events, designing meeting programs and concepts, pitching ideas to clients, and onstage facilitation of meetings and training's. You must be comfortable getting clients and attendees on board with bold new ideas. You will hold a key role in client liaison and communications as Subject Matter Expert. Knowledge of pharmaceutical events is preferable but not essential.

This role will require frequent global travel to produce and facilitate events onsite. Travel may be as frequent as two to three weeks per month. 


  • Demonstrable toolkit of ideas for designing effective and engaging learning solutions for live events
  • Proven client handling skills and experience pitching new ideas to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Implement continuous improvement activities for assigned projects 
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation and leading and participating in teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain demanding timelines. Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities 
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Job Requirements


  • Extensive learning and events design experience, preferably with some pharmaceutical events exposure
  • Meeting facilitation experience/comfort and experience with public speaking
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications


  • Bachelors degree and 7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time
  • Extensive travel required
