Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensures on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries. Manages project teams including internal & external resources in design, development and delivery client solutions, with limited senior management guidance
  • Contributes to new business development and maintaining and strengthening client base. Review & analyse client requirements and develops & costs associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction with limited if any senior management input
  • Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.  Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable have been completed to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with junior team members; actively contributing to learning, development and recruiting

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of related experience including consulting and pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry experience (preferably sales/marketing/BI). Master’s degree preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines. Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area
  • Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
  • In-depth understanding of IMS data assets and the IMS core offerings
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral); Business German is a plus
