The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Finance & Commercial Operations Function in all areas of management information, ranging from standard tasks to assisting in ad-hoc requests. Regularly adapting to new reporting requirements and processes to support the RBU through significant change.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Play a key role in the EMEA Finance & Commercial Operations team, providing comprehensive, accurate and consistent reporting
  • Develop strong relationships with the EMEA Finance & Operations team, including clear and frequent communications around workload, queries and issues; ensure queries and issues are efficiently addressed to prevent delays to business operations
  • Understand the data structure of IQVIA in order to maintain reporting accuracy and to be able to translate business requests into reports that support management insights and decisions
  • Support the merging of two RBUs through centralization and standardisation of management information
  • Prepare and perform comprehensive quality checks on every report as standard; troubleshoot issues and find solutions as required; propose process improvements to minimize occurrence of issues
  • Challenge the current ways of working and provide alternative solutions to improve quality and efficiency of processes

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytical subject and experience in an analytical role
  • Must be IT literate, with experience of financial reporting or accounting packages, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience of maintaining a high volume of excel reports
  • Experience in manipulating large financial data sets
