POSITION: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

SUMMARY: Clinical Solutions Group, LLC an IQVIA Business is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a remote position. This position is responsible for partnering with Business Development colleagues to identify, attract and retain top talent in the Biometrics and Clinical Operations fields in support of high-profile Sponsor organizations across the US. Incumbent will have the opportunity to work across traditional staff augmentation and internal Functional Services Provider (FSP) positions.

This role is designed for hard chargers who value growth, straight talk and unlimited earning potential in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment. 

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Utilize a variety of on-line tools to source and maintain high-demand professionals in the pharmaceutical and drug development arena focusing on Biometrics and Clinical Operations skillsets 
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with active and passive candidates to build a network of professionals within the pharmaceutical industry 
  • Master advanced recruiting strategies to identify and attract candidates for contingent and project-based assignments for our Sponsor clients 
  • Gather business leads and candidate referrals to grow business and improve your personal network 
  • Collaborate with other recruiters, business development and support personnel to continuously improve our operation and better serve our customers 
  • Other duties as assigned 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Clinical Staffing environment required. 2+ Years Biometrics staffing Required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration 
  • Ownership/Entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Strong desire to learn and develop new skills 
  • Desire and ability to mentor and coach junior-level recruiters 
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills 
  • Proven ability to develop deep working relationships 
  • Effective time management and organization skills to succeed in fast-paced environment 
  • Efficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) & CRM systems
