We are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience conducting UX research using a breath of techniques at various stages of product development lifecycle
  • Exceptional skill in generating and communicating compelling, actionable insights
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to different audiences
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Applied understanding of decision intelligence in the context of data science products
  • Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction or related degree in Computer Science with an HCI specialty, Human Factors, Psychology, related field or equivalent experience

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will plan and implement research ranging from foundational customer and user insights to innovative, visionary experiences.

You will build positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, define UX research plans, and lead UX research projects. You will identify critical insights and develop compelling communications to enable business decisions and illuminate user experience and product opportunities.

You will design and facilitate workshops, apply design thinking concepts and assist teams in effective and strategic use of research insights.

You will act as a thought leader within our organization and educate our teams on UX industry trends and relevant new research techniques.
