We are excited to announce that at this time we are looking for District Managers to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. In this role, you will be supporting the Cardiovascular and Metabolic division of Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, fully dedicated to serving the needs of specialty healthcare providers and their patients.

District Manager

The District Manager provides leadership to specialty sales representatives in order to assist client managers in achieving performance objectives. They monitor district progress towards meeting and exceeding sales plans and forecasts; this is accomplished by achieving field day requirements and through effective coaching, mentoring & utilization of resources aligned with our customer's expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree from a recognized accredited college required; Advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of Pharmaceutical Management experience required
  • Minimum 7 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical/health care industry with demonstrated success in sales performance
  • Experience selling or management of a team selling Cardiovascular products to cardiologists is preferred
  • Experience with, and demonstrated ability to, successfully manage, partner and collaborate with customers at multiple levels (first- and second-line managers)
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus orientation
  • Recent, documented, success in leading district/region towards achieving/exceeding stated objectives
  • High level of leadership, negotiation skills, planning & organization & business planning is required
  • Ability and willingness to travel is required
