Information COE

The role's key function will be to support the entire GTM organization as it relates to the use and adoption of our Information portfolio.  Job functions will include but are not limited to:

  • Act as Information SME for RFP's, competitive displacements and net new sales opportunities
  • Serve as subject matter expert for customer Information Strategy sessions
  • Further develop and maintains differentiated Information Marketing messaging and associate collateral
  • Information product development roadmap based on customer dialogue and competitive intelligence aggregation
  • Lead rollout of new offerings and enhancements including internal training, collateral development and customer engagement
  • Inform data supply strategy based on emerging trends in healthcare, competitive activities and client feedback
  • Development of strategy for portfolio adoption outside of core customer base

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and eight 8-10 years relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry is a required.
  • Extensive knowledge of IQVIA™ offerings, client account management, IQVIA™ information solutions services portfolio is strongly preferred.
  • Strong presentation and MS Office Suite skills required.
