CIO Business Partner for Information Offering (part of T&CS BU) - dedicated resource - BU single point of contact in the following key areas:

  • Business demands/queries/projects:
  • Business system implementation and upgrades
  • Integration of acquisitions
  • Real Estate relocation
  • Client / Internal audits
  • Business continuity / disaster recovery
  • Other non-standard business demands
  • CIO Service Delivery Owner services definition/onboarding - importance hierarchy
  • Service level requirement - OLA standard & specific
  • Services level monitoring and reporting scorecards / KPI
  • Critical issues escalations

Managing the team of SDM (service delivery managers collaborating with BU partners on key products offering)

Key expectations:

  • Participating in key business meetings/workshops
  • Aware of business priorities and directions
  • Focused on Operational Improvements
  • CIO owner of business driven projects
  • Promoter of IT services, process, roles and procedures to the business
  • Gatherer of information to facilitate the implementation of CIO projects and initiatives.
  • Execution of CIO projects within business.
  • Supporting annual budget cycle between BU and CIO

Required skill set/experience
Strong technical background (understanding the following technologies strongly preferred: Hadoop, Mesos, Kubernetes)
business oriented (ability to discuss technology with non-technical audience, presentation skills, negotiation skills)
people management skills/experience
