Job Description



  • Responsible for product strategy development and offering for content management solution area(s).
  • Responsible for various aspects of product definition, product design and product development.
  • Feeds into the development of the integrated solution offerings within a given focus area(s). 
  • Identifies opportunities for products in areas of responsibility across regions, business lines, consulting/services.
  • Is recognized as the thought leader on the offering, both internally and externally.
  • Gather market and client intelligence and provides strategic feedback to strengthen offerings and
    capture additional business requirements.
  • Ensures alignment between development decisions and actual product plan and customer targets.
  • Product Development: Plays lead or review role within the Offerings Development Process to define, develop
    and go to market with new products/enhancements.
  • Keep updated on solutions development activities in other business units, regions.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers and partners.


  • Liaisons with clients, with or independent of sales, as necessary to support product.
  • Provide sales support for client aligned teams on new offerings. Manage pricing, training and sales collateral.
  • Participates in the development, presentation and sale of a value proposition.
  • Establish strong relationships with key executives at strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with Services and Implementation teams to ensure client success.
  • Established network of contacts within the Life Sciences Industry.
  • Strong understanding of how the industry works.
  • Must have an extensive industry network.


  • Thought leadership through industry presentations, publications or other mechanisms
  • Content management technology experience
  • Digital Asset Management technology experience
  • Requires an in-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry.
