This role will lead our Clinical Trials Transparency Team.

Experience should include:

  • Building and managing large teams of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) resources
  • Managing large technology programs / projects and driving measurable success
  • Leading process optimization and automation
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a remote and/or global context
  • Reporting results at many levels, generating meaningful metrics, and optimizing performance
  • Working with Engineering team(s) to ensure and maintain alignment for technological development
  • Directing and optimizing technology-enabled services where throughput and efficiency are paramount
  • Providing exceptional leadership and fostering a performance culture
  • Problem-solving in complex, fast-paced environments with diverse stakeholders
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong governance model for program success with clients

Skills/expertise should include:

  • Very strong communication skills, and an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization across functions
  • Program and project management experience
  • Agile Scrum methodology familiarity and applied experience
  • Risk management and compliance experience
  • Comfort applying privacy and security principles and best practices
  • Data governance and data analytics / data science background
  • Demonstrated ability and interest to learn new methodologies and technologies quickly

Ideally, the representative will also have:

  • Clinical or medical background and/or experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Relevant professional certifications in enterprise architecture, project management, privacy, security and/or risk management
  • LEAN Six Sigma certification or equivalent training / experience
