PURPOSE
Resource needed for a high priority, global MSA consolidation project. The aim is to review, consolidate and restate MSAs and Amendments to update and remove superseded clauses into a single document. In addition, extract specific contractual obligations, expiry dates, highlight missing fall back language and other information to allow better MSA and Amendment tracking and maintenance. This will require exposure to highly confidential information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy and discretion

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform review of agreements or errors and formatting of various IQVIA contracts.
• Prepare summaries (Change Logs and Factbooks) for executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs)/Amendments.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Strong skills using MS Excel, MS Word
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers.
• Require sitting for  extended periods of time
