• Directs the preparation and maintenance of client contracts to adhere to corporate policies and guidelines.

• Serves as primary contact and owner for all client contracts

• Monitors client contract status and movement of contract from creation to execution

• Identifies potential contract risks and issues that may have an adverse effect on IMS and communicates concerns to

appropriate IMS representatives

• Develops and adopts best contract practices and educates others on these practices

• Consults with client representatives and IMS functions on business/legal issues associated with client contracts and seeks

innovative solutions within approved parameters

• Implements solutions associated with the client contracting process

• Identifies and implements new contract processes, as appropriate, and communicates these new processes to the


• May review all discounts to ensure these are consistent with Company policy


  • Typically requires 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area, and broad
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to build effective teams committed to organizational goals and business partnerships
  • Knowledge and understanding of IMS business
  • Thorough understanding of contract language and its impact
  • Ability to create contract language
  • Strong organizational skills/business acumen
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of contract process
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & projects in a timely and efficient manner
