Come and develop your career in Clinical Trials amongst a team of vibrant, dedicated professionals who make up the Contracts & Proposals group, with a global remit. As a Contracts Analyst you will develop and prepare contracts for assigned customers, to support the Global sales team.

We are seeking an extremely organised and assertive individual who can demonstrate strong communication skills and ideally with some experience working on contracts in a clinical research environment, however those with contract experience in different industries will also be considered.
This position would also suit those with experience in Financial Analysis or from a Legal background.

Responsibilities to expect as a Contracts Analyst:
Work closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts
Develop and prepare Contracts
Act as primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects
Support senior team members on medium to larger customers / projects
Revise or develop contract and related budgets and scope of work. Ensure the scope of work is defined correctly and budgets reflect the scope. Ensure any changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately
Assist in the negotiation of legal contracting text using Quintiles Global Contracting Policy, templates and fallbacks
Oversee finalisation and distribution of documents
Update and maintain contract databases and files

Job Requirements

Qualifications & experience required:
Our ideal candidate will have a Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field and some previous experience in contracts gained within a CRO or similar corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
We will also be looking for:
Knowledge of CRO Industry - preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and understanding of costing models
Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and customers
Ability to work with multi-functional delivery teams
