Job Description

Join us on our exciting journey!

IQVIA™ is The Human Data Science Company™, focused on using data and science to help healthcare clients find better solutions for their patients. Formed through the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles, IQVIA offers a broad range of solutions that harness advances in healthcare information, technology, analytics and human ingenuity to drive healthcare forward.

Essential to the way we run our business and our trials, the Contract Analyst role at IQVIA™ encompasses project management, negotiation, and an acute ability to focus on detail across multiple tasks. It is an opportunity to help shape our future success, as it requires strategic thinking across relationships, projects and teams. It is also an opportunity where you can suggest and make improvements to the way we work – impacting the way we negotiate, build relationships and ultimately deliver results and improvements to patients.

With a high level of autonomy and the possibility for remote working, you will be in charge of how you work. That extends to how you develop your career with IQVIA™, with the support and potential to move into different areas and even different countries. You will be building a smart and flexible career with no limits.

While projects vary, your typical responsibilities might include:

• Working closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts
• Negotiating, developing and revising contracts, related budgets and scope of work
• Ensuring the scope of work is defined correctly, budgets reflect the scope, and any changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately
• Acting as primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects and supporting senior team members on medium to large projects
• Project managing the contracting process, ensuring timely execution of contracts

As a strong project manager and negotiator, you will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers. Ideally, you will also have a good understanding of the CRO industry.

If you want to make an impact in the global research market, where we are working to make a real difference in patient health, we ask you to apply now and join our team.

Besides all the benefits for our employees, there are many resources available to employees to encourage a work-life balance to enable them to become the best they can be in their work life as well as their personal life.

We know that meaningful results require not only the right approach but also the right people. Regardless of your role, we invite you to reimagine healthcare with us. You will have the opportunity to play an important part in helping our clients drive healthcare forward and ultimately improve human health outcomes.

Whatever your career goals, we are here to ensure you get there!
