Job Description

Description

Launched in 2015, Q2 Solutions is a leading global clinical trials laboratory services organization.  We help biopharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics customers improve human health through innovation that transforms science and data into actionable medical insights. Q2 Solutions is a quality driven, responsive partner with strong global experience and deep scientific and medical expertise.  The Q2 Solutions joint venture was formed by Quintiles and Quest Diagnostics, combining the best of each parent organizations clinical trials laboratory services capabilities.

Essential to the way we run our business and our trials, the Contract Analyst role at Q2 Solutions encompasses project management, negotiation, and an acute ability to focus on detail across multiple tasks. It is an opportunity to help shape our future success, as it requires strategic thinking across relationships, projects and teams. It is also an opportunity where you can suggest and make improvements to the way we work – impacting the way we negotiate, build relationships and ultimately deliver results and improvements to patients.

While projects vary, your typical responsibilities might include:

  • Working closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts
  • Negotiating, developing and revising contracts, related budgets and scope of work
  • Ensuring the scope of work is defined correctly, budgets reflect the scope, and any changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately
  • Acting as primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects and supporting senior team members on medium to large projects
  • Project managing the contracting process, ensuring timely execution of contracts

As a strong project manager and negotiator, you will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers. Ideally, you will also have a good understanding of the Pharmaceutical, Laboratory or Clinical Research industry.

Job Requirements

You should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or Business Management
  • Ideally some experience in Contracts
  • Alternatively, you should have an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
If you want to make an impact in the global research market, where we are working to make a real difference in patient health, we ask you to apply now and join our team
