Role Purpose

Responsible for creating multi-country proposals for clients, liaising with IQVIA sales teams, support building solutions and the implementation of global marketing services campaigns. Also responsible for supporting the management of the global marketing services community and creation of internal sales and marketing materials. Contribute for a global budget delivery of Marketing Services.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Building and coordination of multi-country proposals and projects;
  • Execution and campaign management (Traditional channels, new-media channels and multichannel);
  • Engage with Marketing Services suppliers to deliver projects (i.e. printing and telemarketing suppliers);
  • Support the development of Marketing Services promotional materials (offerings; case studies; best practices);
  • Some degree of stakeholder management of IQVIA sales team;
  • Support the engagement of the MS global community (organize calls, preparation of calls’ documentation, manage MS repository);
  • Support commercial activity (analysis and reporting);
  • Documentation of Marketing services processes and procedures.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

  • University Degree;
  • 2-4 years of experience within pharma industry (preferred);
  • Some experience in proposal development or project based work (preferred);
  • Understand the objectives of a marketing plan and the different objectives of communication channels;
  • Ability to analyze and find solutions and be firm when presenting it to the team and subsequently to clients, demonstrating a commercial acumen;
  • Effective communication skills, project management knowledge, time and budget management skills;
  • Great autonomy and pro-active can-do attitude;
  • Proficient in English language;
  • Travel required (about 20% of the time).
