Job Description

  • Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Pharma background preferred) with 3-6 years of relevant experience

Principal Accountabilities:


  • Provide consulting services to stakeholders/consumers in the patient analytics space for US BU
  • Develop a good understanding of LRx dataset, consumer offerings, other proprietary databases, and analytical approaches to effectively guide and support client-facing stakeholders in the US
  • Ensure proper documentation of projects by creating and updating standard templates, SOPs, and QC checklists 
  • Synthesize data into actionable data insights, strategies, and tactics and summarize findings in PPT/Excel reports designed to be delivered to IQVIA clients
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive complex (multifaceted/multifunctional) projects that support the development of existing and new offerings in US CES team
  • Contribute towards the process improvement of current deliverables
  • Interact and develop strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are of highest quality, delivered on time and as per the client’s specifications
  • Effective and timely responses to the ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders

Job Skill Requirements:

  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint ,Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with team members in performing quality checks for the delivery of projects with tight turnaround times
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
  • Prior experience of working in analytics and on performance-based reports
  • Pharma knowledge is preferred
