Consultant, Global Solutions – the role

This role entails developing global analytics solutions that address core challenges for clinical trial design and execution. Once designed, this role involves helping to manage these analytics projects as an integral part of the study team. You will participate in cross-functional and geographic teams and help with the delivery of complex analytics to support sales, trial design and delivery, and new analytics innovations. Specific applications include study design, site identification, and patient recruitment.


A Consultant/Manager of Global Solutions is a key individual, supporting Senior Managers of Global Solutions in working with the sales and study teams to understand key challenges within a study, and identifying the analytics that can help address these needs. Senior Managers, Managers & Consultants are integral members of project teams, providing the information necessary to support our client and business needs.


Your typical activities might include:

  • Supporting Global Solutions Managers in the delivery of quantitative and qualitative insights to Clinical trial project teams
  • Assisting in the execution of studies by liaising with country-level analytics team members to deliver insights that enhance trial strategy, design and execution.
  • Supporting in the design and definition of the delivery of key analytics leveraging real-world anonymous patient data as well as provider and institutional data to support end-to-end engagements. 
  • Working with clinical operations teams to define requirements to support trial operational strategy.
  • Assist with the generation of real-time creative solutions to address critical client challenges.
  • Developing project plans for analytics delivery that integrate into the project operational strategy, inclusive of timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Qualification:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's/Master’s degree with experience in healthcare analytics, consulting and ideally, project management.
  • A demonstrable interest in the healthcare industry.
  • Multi-country/cultural experience.
  • Relevant analytics experience, such as data driven profiling, segmentation, and targeting experience and real-world data analytics
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven relationship-building skills, and an active listener.
