Job Description

We are looking for talented and passionate applicants to join our Consulting team in Milan.

As a Consultant, you will be involved in the development and delivery of multiple strategy and management consulting projects for our pharmaceutical clients.

Projects are highly analytical in nature leveraging the IQVIA information assets and cover a broad spectrum including Commercial Model Optimization, Post Merger Integration, Portfolio Strategy, MultiChannel Marketing Strategy, Advanced Forecast Models etc...

Main Responsibilities

  •   performing quantitative analyses to aid development of recommendations
  • contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops

  • taking direct responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables

  • developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities

  • assisting Managers and Principal with key business proposals

  • mentoring junior team members and interns

Desired Qualifications and Experience  


  • MSc degree preferably in Economics or Engineering with strong record of academic achievement
  • 3+ year consulting work experience with a management consulting firm


  Personal & Technical Skills

  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point
  • Proficiency both in English and Italian
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry
  • Good planning, time-management and organisational skills
  • Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
  • Ability to work on a team
