What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a thought partner and advisor to a client launching an oncology product
  • Manage the development, delivery, of analytics, real-world effectiveness, and related projects including:
    • Targeting/Segmentation
    • Omnichannel Marketing (for Disease State Education and/or Branded Marketing)
    • Measurement/ROI of tactics/channels/sub-channels
    • Marketing Mix
    • Real world data tracking and ad-hoc analysis
    • Creation of a launch Dashboard/scorecard
    • ATU studies (including leveraging analogues to help set KPI benchmarks/goals) and linking with real world data
    • SFE study/reports and linking with other IQVIA data 
  • Analyze secondary data and desk market research (quantitative and qualitative) to identify key findings and trends
  • Create and lead quantitative or qualitative analysis to support client deliverables and issues

What we’re looking for:

  • Oncology-experienced Manager/Consultant to lead and manage all real world data analytics projects and workstreams
  • A strategic thought partner, consultative in nature and willing/able to suggest types of analyses client should be doing or that could help answer key business questions
  • Understanding of use of real world data to help answer key business questions, such as market landscape/patient journey, for products as they move forward in clinical trials
  • Excellent project management capabilities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistent, high quality outcomes
  • Someone who can work willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals, both internally and externally
  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of pharmaceutical commercial businesses, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline
  • Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, leading meetings, business and report writing
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, and demonstrate analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
  • Prior healthcare data experience
  • An avid interest in the healthcare analytics and data; understanding of the US market
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales & marketing business principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Exceptional written, numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
