Operations Analyst 1 – Commercial Operations

Full-time – Start Date:  January 2020

Principle Responsibilities:

SFDC/PSA Operations

  • Create projects and submit budgets in our PSA module (Professional Services Automation)
  • Adjust projects as required (at project close, extending end dates, etc.)
  • Assign resources to projects
  • Process new user license requests for CRM and PSA.  Assist new and existing users as required to resolve any system related issues by working with global IT Support team.
  • Provide training and guidance to new users on PSA operations and activities
  • Support rollout and training of new functionalities
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards in SFDC and PSA – become a local Subject Matter Expert

General Administration and Billing

  • Ensure receipt and completeness of client documentation to ensure timely billing (signed contract, PO, pricing approvals, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy of information in Salesforce CRM
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on opportunities and projects as required
  • Other tasks and special projects of an administrative nature as required

Minimum Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Sales, Operations, Accounting or Contract Administration environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator, quick learner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work within tight deadlines
