The Client Service Rep 2 is responsible for providing support to clients under the Compliance Services umbrella.  This role is versatile and may include work in various compliance support areas: HCP Tiering, HCP Background Screenings, Contract Processing Support, Payment Support, and Grant Processing Support.  Familiarity with Pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful.  Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is critical.





Responsibilities

HCP Tiering/ Screening Tasks:

  • Review of HCP CV’s against client specific tiering criteria
  • Conduct HCP background screens using various state and government sites
  • Create, route, and review HCP contracts for completeness

Grant/ Contract Management Tasks:

  • Monitor and follow-up on contract execution
  • Provide level 1 support to internal and external system users throughout the administrative processes.
  • Review grant requests for completeness
  • Ensure that grants are reconciled, and proper close-out documentation is stored in the system (as applicable)
  • Act as the main point of contact for all parties regarding grant statuses – for both internal Client users and external requestors
  • Select appropriate approval group and budget codes
  • Monitor approval group progress and follow-up
  • Send approval letter and select correct LOA/contract
  • Manage and execute Client Payment processes
  • Process invoicing and banking activities
  • Request and process refunds based on Client process
  • Perform banking reconciliations
  • Work directly with clients on activity progress, and process changes:
  • Provide weekly reports on status of all activities to Client stakeholders


Requirements

  • Background in Pharmaceutical, Technology Services or Software Industry desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to meet deadlines working within a time sensitive environment
  • Superior customer service
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and work within a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Five years related work experience
