Role Objectives:•Drive and grow opportunities•Build and maintain long-term  relationships with executive teams of client •Establish a level of individual and IQVIA credibility and trust within the account(s)•Lead Generation - Identify and create opportunities Skills Required:•Strong pharma/biotech business process / commercial knowledge – 5 or more years experience•Strategic solution / consultative selling background (innovative thinker)•Contract Negotiation Experience (T&Cs, Payment Terms, Pricing)•Experience “hunting”  for new opportunities to increase sales pipeline•Experience with integrated offerings•Strong Presentation and persuasion/influence skills•Experience with relationship building from director level to C suite at emerging to mid-size organizationsKey Responsibilities:•IQVIA “Face-to-the-Client”•100% accountable for client relationship•Responsible for overall account management and strategy•Drives Senior engagement•Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities•Works with Ops to drive client engagements and initiatives•Determines BD & sales support resource allocation•Determines IQVIA priorities at the Client•Owns budget reasonability Deliverables:•Identification of client strategic aspirations, long-term  / short-term needs and detailed timeline of client initiatives / milestones•Prequalification of client funding and funding responsibilities•Mapping of account buying process, client stake holders, decision makers and client budgets/spend•Identification of win-backs, prospecting priorities based on TL and consulting expertise•Ongoing communication and reporting of competitor activity and win-back strategy efforts•Regular cadence with IQVIA segment lead•Development and maintenance of client forecast and pipeline
