Job description

The Clinical Phone Support Specialist role will allow you to utilize your customer service experience to support our customer with clinical trials. Qualified customer service professionals will be responsible for providing phone support for clinical trial participants and clinical trial site staff. The role will be responsible for managing inbound calls in a remote setting. Both full time and part time shifts are currently available. Depending on your current schedule, this type of role can work in conjunction with your current position. Additionally, you will receive exposure to the medical device industry with the potential for long-term career growth in the field. This role is a remote position that will require access to internet and availably to work non-business hours. 

Responsibilities:
·      Answer inbound calls from patients and Healthcare personnel and provide customer service
·      Be a liaison on additional support required between end users and representatives from medical device manufacturer
·      Be available during non-business hours (7:30 PM-12:00 AM EST and weekends)

Job Requirements:
·      Highschool degree/GED
·      Clinical trial experience of at least 3-5 years is a plus
·      Leadership experience is a plus
·      Experience in the medical device industry (education or customer support) is a plus
·      Strong communication skills both verbal and written
