Client Services Representatives play an integral role in supporting field team members. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact supporting the field team with all travel logistics. This position is responsible for review and reconciling expense reports. Ensuring expenses are submitted follow our travel and expense policies. Will also assist with questions regarding timecard entry into ADP Workforce Now and pay concerns. This person must be detail oriented and have a strong desire to investigate and solve problems.


  • Schedule, manage, and communicate travel arrangements for field teams
  • Review and respond to all emails and phone calls within a timely manner
  • Coordinate with interdepartmental stakeholders relating to travel arrangements
  • Serve as a main point of contact for all employee travel-related questions
  • Make recommendations and assist with the travel policy processes
  • Ensure submitted expenses follow our travel/expense policies and client needs
  • Follow up with users for returned or unsubmitted/unreconciled expenses and expense reports
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for efficiencies
  • Provide superior customer service to users
  • Review and provide feedback on travel and expense policies
  • Assist with reconciliation of credit card charges to submitted expense reports and credit card statement
  • Monitor Travel compliance, including identifying and making recommendations to address non-compliant travelers and unenforced policies
  • Responsible for supporting the partnering and coordinating efforts between payroll and human resources
  • Strong knowledge of complicated payroll scenarios including multi-state payroll, blended rate overtime calculation, termination laws per state, and time off policies
  • Manage workflow to ensure payroll auditing duties are completed accurately and timely
  • Assist employees with late timecards and entry
  • Other activities as assigned

  • Ability to use a standard computer, talk on the phone and sit for extended periods of time
  • Familiarity with Chrome River, Egencia and ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong knowledge of complicated payroll scenarios including multi-state payroll, blended rate overtime calculation, termination laws per state, and time off policies

Colorado/California/Washington state Pay Transparency : The salary range for this role is $35,500 - $44,400.The actual salary will vary based on factors like candidate qualifications and competencies. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus, sales incentives and/or stock. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement, paid time off, and more.
