Job Description

IQVIA is looking for a detail oriented and organized Account Coordinator to join the Richmond, VA team. You will be an integral part to the team working closely with our clients to insure multiple work assignments are assigned and completed on time.

Specific Tasks

  • Manage work requests, enter them into the database, assign work to the appropriate consultant and monitor the results,
  • Compile reports, make sure they are correct and send to management and/or client
  • Answer direct client questions and requests related to work assignments
  • Manage multiple client requests
  • Administrative tasks to include copying/scanning, filing, faxing, data entry and quality check for written documentation
  • Provide support to team members

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient knowledge of computer capabilities and PC applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and within a team environment
  • Good judgment and an independent thinker
  • Thorough and detail oriented systematic worker
  • Highly Organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn, passion/curiosity to take on new responsibilities
  • Analytical thinking skills
