Responsibilities include:

  • Perform structured analysis of client’s existing operations to identify pain points, inefficiencies and any unmet business needs
  • Contribute innovative ideas to transform the client’s business, leveraging technology, best practices, and regulatory knowledge in collaboration with Foresight colleagues and clients
  • Implement new business processes and organizational changes while minimizing disruption to day-to-day business operations
  • Design and implement measures to ensure oversight and sustainability
  • Own individual project deliverables in support of business transformation
  • Support or lead client workshops in support of business transformation


Skills/Education:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities
  • Possess a minimum of one (1) year of management consulting experience
  • Experience in drug safety/pharmacovigilance is highly preferred
  • College Graduate with a four year degree
  • Travel is 80%+
  • Perform a broad range of duties simultaneously
