RESPONSIBILITIES
  • • Obtain data needed for proposals from the Business Development team and other internal sources.
  • • Interface with sales, business development, finance, commercial operations, and other managers as needed to generate consolidated information which includes, cost, list price, timeline and resource allocations per project for client proposals.
  • • Draft final proposal document, ensuring it accurately represents the scope of work outlined, incorporates internal feedback and represents a quality communication in both text and graphics.
  • • Edit all new proposals and ensure accuracy of documents.
  • • Maintain master file of all proposals.
  • • Maintain tracking metrics related to Request For Proposals, costing, proposal turn around, and other milestones, conducting appropriate follow up as necessary.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • • Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, presentation and influence skills.
  • • Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, )
  • • Excellent written communication and quantitative skills, especially in drafting proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
  • • Exceptional attention to detail
  • • Ability to communcate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • • Ability to work independently and manange time efficiently
  • • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
 
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • • Bachelor's degree in business, science or related discipline and 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
