With a global coverage TSGD main goal is to help IQVIA Go to Market organization to develop their business providing consultancy, implementation and ongoing services, join a multicultural team with more than 1000 employees across all countries.

Business Analyst – The role

Business Analyst is a key role within our Tech Solutions Global Delivery organization, being main contributors to client satisfaction and driving expectations to insure they are covered with IQVIA solutions.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Work directly with customers to understand their current business processes and objectives and match best practices of product solution capabilities to improve business process design and solution definition.
  • Provide guidance for the customer at each stage of the implementation project
  • Own the creation, update, and maintenance of documented solution definition and functional specifications.
  • Guide and review all configuration and solution architecture decisions – both functional and technical
  • Run requirements modeling workshops with the customer, provide feedback and interact with product/solutions team on product enhancement requests.
  • Lead the project delivery by coordinating configuration and implementation work with the project team and providing hands-on configuration and system setup activities.
  • Review any proposed customizations
  • Play a key role in quality assurance activities, including leadership in QA testing and site acceptance testing.
  • Support and plan the development of the system deployment strategy
  • Support the definition of the project implementation scope and timelines for design, configuration, and interdependent customer and project activities.
  • Act as a focal point with the customer for all business process and implementation issues, working hand-in-hand with the project manager.
  • Provide various consulting services to customers as assigned, for consulting services after project implementations.
  • Consult and provide guidance to other project team members as necessary to meet project goals.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 or 4 years Life science industry experience
  • 2 years Multi-country engagement experience
  • Experience in implementing CRM platforms
  • 5 years in a client facing role
  • Communication skills, ability to manage workshops, client expectations management
  • Salesforce Administration certification and experience - nice to have
  • Project Management knowledge
  • Stakeholders: RBUs, Clients, Global Delivery Competence Centers
  • Wiliness to travel (30% - 40%)
  • Languages: English mandatory - other nice to have
