We are seeking bright, motivated candidates for a full-time Field Operations Associate or Manager (depending on experience) position in our Horsham, PA location. 


The Field Operations position is responsible for successfully fielding market research projects in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment. The position’s primary responsibility is leading the successful fielding of a market research project.  The applicant should have a very strong understanding of relational database structures and queries.


Field Project Management

  • Set-up, configure, launch, and monitor web-based/online survey projects
  • Proactively solve quota management challenges
  • Track project timelines and communicate updates regularly
  • Provide actionable project status updates

Fielding Strategy for Market Research Projects

  • Conduct target list matches by matching client supplied lists against an internal proprietary panel of physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Determine sample/project feasibility based on list match results (or internal panel counts), fielding statistics, and type of research being conducted
  • Provide overall fielding strategy based on project requirements and timelines
     

 Required Knowledge/Skill Set:

  • Must have working knowledge of SQL and SQL Server.  Strong understanding of relational databases.  You will be required to demonstrate this skill prior to advancing in the interview process.
  • Strong problem solving skilling using a systematic approach using available data, operational knowledge and critical thinking skills.
  • Project management experience involving concurrent projects on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate project risks/concerns to management, and set expectations
  • Understanding of current web tools and languages a plus
  • Knowledge of the market research process and/or healthcare landscape helpful

Education/Experience:

  • BS or equivalent in computer science or a related discipline
  • One to five years full-time work experience required
