Job Description

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Create reports to support portfolio reporting, client governance meetings, internal teams, and other business needs that provide data and analytics associated with FSP projects
  • Partner with FSP Contract and ESD teams to understand areas of improvement and work with them to help identify efficiencies that impact:  process, technology, and collaboration
  • Leverage the SPARK system related to reporting, process and project efficiencies.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives identified by FSP Solutions senior management that are focused on process improvement
  • Lead best practices and internal training sessions to show process improvements, reporting and efficiencies
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure the strategic alignment of business processes to successfully deliver study start up services
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Accounting, Finance or Business or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of prior pharmaceutical clinical trial experience
  • Working knowledge of clinical trial process, ideally with specific knowledge on investigator contracts and essential site documents

Skill Requirements

  • Demonstrates customer-oriented communication skills, responding to FSP Solutions management and internal stakeholders promptly and within agreed upon timeframes
  • Requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to work within a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment is essential
  • Strong PC skills (i.e. Microsoft Office) with an ability to understand, access and leverage technology alternatives
  • Prior experience with commercial reporting tools (i.e. Business Objects, MicroStrategy) a plus
  • Willingness to be flexible as the business requires
