  We’re looking for data lovers to help us automate reporting, design data analytics processes and solve the data problems of our Global Financial Shared Services.
  
  We use Alteryx, Python, Tableau, and other leading technologies to redesign processes using core Automation principles: efficiency, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  
  Responsibilities:
  Gather knowledge on existing business problems.
  Identify, analyze, develop and implement process improvement initiatives using reporting, analytics or/and automation.
  Analyze operational data to provide trends and actionable insights.
  Participate in proof of concepts for new Automation and Analytics opportunities.
  Develop relationships with Finance departments and other functional teams to identify and address process related bottlenecks or issues.

  What we’re looking for:
  Bachelor’s degree – preferably in IT, Finance, Maths, or Economics
  Preferred experience in Alteryx or Python.
  Strong communication skills.
  Analytical mind-set & problem-solving skills.
  Experience working in SSC environment – advantage
  
  Leading Technology Stack:
  Alteryx (Alteryx Designer Core certification – nice to have)
  Python
  Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform
  Machine Learning
  
  Business or Automation Experience in below ERP Systems would be an asset:
  SAP, Salesforce, Coupa, ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, EBX
  
  Candidates with experience in the below technologies would be also considered:
  SQL, Power Excel, VBA
  Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision
  Microsoft Power Platform
  RPA (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  Java, API Development
