Job Overview
Opportunity to join a newly formed department tasked by senior leadership to accelerate the integration of acquired businesses onto our financial systems. The successful candidate will be comfortable planning and executing multiple implementation projects in parallel whilst  managing a diverse stakeholder community across the organization. In so doing, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference to finance operations by increasing process efficiencies and facilitating the reduction of our legal entity footprint.

Essential Functions
Leads small to medium sized cross-functional teams in the execution of system implementation and merger work.
• Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact & accountability for those projects.
• Drives projects from planning through to final delivery.
• Responsible for coordination with several supporting teams including Shared Services & Technology teams 
• Working with department Business Analysts, determines and agrees project scope and objectives with business 
• Suggests and implements master project plan improvements  
• Regularly communicates project status and risks, with associated recommendations, to stakeholders & management 
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables

Qualifications & candidate requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years project management education and experience.
Experienced in M&A projects and/or country roll-outs 
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and teams
• Experience with SAP and/ or PSFT beneficial 
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, clients and work in a cross functional team
• Good planning skills & ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Smartsheet beneficial
