Through project management and collaboration, the Services Brand Liaison will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in support of assigned large pharma client and Brand Team tasks, with a focus on exemplary service and delivery of contracted business. Day to day direction to be provided by Account Directors

  • Understanding of client and brand team needs, helps identify and resolve issues, builds and maintains positive client relations.
  • Develops and delivers client reports and reviews with Director as appropriate
  • May lead internal meetings with operational staff as it relates to assigned brand-team projects
  • Manages and delivers consistently on commitments and results which are based on client, Brand Team  and management expectations
  • Primarily works without direction, however, direction may be provided based on complexity of client or project


  • Manage brand-led program projects (ex. National Broadcast, Dinner Program series, Web Series, Product Theaters, etc) within budget and time line requirements in an efficient and effective manner; Management of specific custom tasks and/or reporting for the project may be required.
  • Create and generate daily, weekly, or ad-hoc brand team reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Create and generate quarterly client reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with monthly financial program auditing and corrections
  • Act as a resource and partner for Brand Team medcoms, ensuring standard processes are followed
  • Primary back-up for the Program Support Manager to cover auditing/posting of new slide deck assets in client systems and tasks related to the Speaker Programs Mailbox
  • Auditing programs in CentrisEFX and Veeva Events as needed 
  • Oversees virtual vendor in support of Service Delivery  
  • Maintain Planner talk topic spreadsheet

Competency Requirements

  • Prior experience with event planning/management required; prior client service experience a plus
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Good oral and written communication skills as well as focused listener
  • Excellent relationship management skills among all levels
  • Quick learner/self-starter who steadfastly pushes for results
  • Excellent time management skills; Ability to multi-task and work without close supervision .
  • Maintains professionalism, ethical core values and composure in all situations

  • Strong computer and software reporting program skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills including prior experience with pivot tables & v-look ups
