This is an exciting opportunity to join IQVIA as a Vaccine Sales Specialist to drive sales for our client. The Vaccine Sales Specialist (VSS) will be assigned a territory as part of a national team to educate and sell vaccines to the key stakeholder community.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide in-person sales promotion, account management and order fulfillment with identified client targets.
  • Be accountable for deep understanding of products' clinical efficacy, articulating a value proposition for the customer, providing product support/information as needed, and achieving individual sales quotas.
  • Establish strong relationships with account ordering personnel in order to closely monitor vaccine utilization, support inventory management and demand

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited school required
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in vaccine sales and buy & bill sales required
  • Established relationships with vaccine accounts in the territory preferred
  • Proven track record of success in a competitive environment with documented performance
  • Company awards and achievements
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills with experience leveraging digital capabilities to activate HCPs and office staff
  • Proven ability to communicate clinical message with customers
  • Proven ability to examine business environment, interpret territory analytics and team insights to assess business opportunities and drive sales results
  • Opportunistic, driven and proven ability to find ways to win in an ambiguous environment
