Responsibilities
•    10-12 years proven experience in building, leading, mentoring teams and managing business applications.
•    7+ years’ experience in Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET Core or APS.NET Web API or ASP.NET MVC, Azure cloud components like App insights, service bus.
•    Excellent troubleshooting skills, doing RCA, and document findings. Focus on continuous improvements.
•    Experienced in troubleshooting issues with distributed architecture yet highly dependent services.
•    Identify, track and report product support metrics.
•    Analysis of issues and come up with approaches to stabilize the application and tools to improve efficiency
•    Experienced in product support processes on Servicenow and JIRA.
•    Prepare and review technical documentation.
•    Experienced in driving team performance goals, assess and coach on individual performance.
•    Good understanding with code versioning tools like Git.
•    Good understanding with Azure Service Fabric / Microservices Development.
•    Strong work ethic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable:
•    Knowledge in automated unit test using xUnit, nUnit or MSTest and mocking frameworks like MOQ
•    Familiarity with UI framework like Angular. 
•    Domain expertise with Clinical trials is plus.

Minimum required education and experience

Bachelor's Degree
