PURPOSE
Provide strategic program leadership, project management, quality and training oversight in support of large post-marketing, clinical trial or combination programs or customer accounts. This role will be responsible for project delivery and execution at the customer account level, for one or more large projects, as assigned by senior management team; act as a primary point of contact throughout project duration for local and globally scoped deliverables; collaborate with a global team in a joint effort to meet Sponsor expectations; recommend and implement ongoing continuous improvement initiatives in an effort to ensure the maturity of the program; seek to ensure compliance with agreed-upon SLA’s and KPI’s; ensure that our deliverables provide the highest level of quality and value to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate project delivery and execution at the customer account level, across multiple contributing business units for one or more large projects, as assigned by senior management team; drive scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities
• Drive project startup and transition to ensure development of all required project documents, such as safety plans, communication plans, quality plans, etc. and provide project management for all other startup activities including database migrations.
• Work with customers through the project initiation phase to develop, implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop timelines and processes for tracking KPIs on an account/portfolio level.
• Ensure consistent standardized processes are implemented globally and program deliverables meet expected quality, financial and productivity targets. Contribute towards achievement of realization targets by closely monitoring the finances and acting on shortfalls for assigned customers.
• Coach and mentor employees around project planning, project review, risk management and problem solving to ensure global alignment of work practices across the team through the adoption and use of all process and technology tools and improvements by employees.
• Work with functional lead managers to ensure that project budget(s) meet financial and company goals (realization targets), with a focus on proactively ensuring adherence to change control processes. 
• Working with individual staff to identify any quality issues within the project and coaching on resolution of issues, including implementation of corrective action plans and escalation; assist in planning corrective / preventative actions and guidance for improvement, as applicable according to SOPs
• Collaborate with other management and leadership team members to proactively identify project and or individual needs and resourcing solutions in order to manage project issues and obstacles.  
• Provide advice and support to the functional leads within the scope of the assignment and subject matter expertise on the implementation and delivery of training requirements; recommend and implement ongoing continuous improvement initiatives in an effort to ensure the maturity of the program
• Monitor compliance of agreed-upon performance metrics across service areas to provide the highest level of operational excellence and value to our customers.
• Lead internal escalation meetings to ensure quick response to any quality concerns or customer escalations, ensuring appropriate representatives from stakeholders and operational management are involved as appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new service offerings based upon identified business needs.  
• Identify and drive departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service, efficiency, quality, or employee engagement.  
• Develop specialized expertise across the Pharmacovigilance spectrum (e.g. Global Regulatory, Regulatory reporting requirements), and apply this expertise within assigned projects, and cascade knowledge to PV Solutions team as appropriate.  
• May provide input into the strategy for safety project proposals and RFPs and represent Lifecycle Safety at clinical add-on and/or standalone bid defenses.  
• Provides monthly status reports and monitors project quality for safety deliverables.  
• Attends internal and external project team meetings.  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
