  • Provides oversight on eCOA deliverables on assigned projects / library development / customer programs as per the requirements of the protocol, applicable SOPs, respective regulation / guidelines and project plans
  • Performs functional lead responsibility for assigned project/program deliverables for specific customers or projects/specified
  • Contribute towards maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Attends Kick-off meetings, weekly team meetings, and client meetings and product demos, as needed or requested
  • Ensure study/program timelines and deliverables related to eCOA study design are met
  • May act as a point of contact for project deliverables for specific customers
  • Contribute and/or oversee the development and use of eCOA design and development plans, specific tools and document templates and/or other study specific plans to evaluate the quality and integrity of the study, including complete and accurate documentation so that the project is audit ready
  • Supports project management team to develop eCOA strategy including development, licensing and translations of required assessments
  • Regularly identify COA assessments to develop in IQVIA eCOA library.  Collaborate globally with COA assessment authors, owners and licensed providers to get required agreements to develop assessments in IQVIA eCOA library and sponsor studies. Lead or contribute to assessment design reviews and approvals from assessment authors and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Contributes to the program/study/site/subject metrics trending (trend analysis of eCOA aspects of the trial, shares trends and agree on action plan, review, triage and complete required action items)
  • Assists department leader in managing and overseeing the activities of resources from eCOA study design and library development team (designers and testers); Manages effective transitions for study eCOA designers
  • Contribute towards process development and improvement; Oversee and perform the implementation of specific process initiatives arising out of transformation/innovation/process re-engineering programs
  • Contribute to competency development in select process areas by identifying focus areas, developing training, and identifying people and mechanisms to scale up the competency
  • Processes quality and audit initiatives - identifies impacted areas, providers root cause and implements corrective and preventive action
  • Acts as POC for all the SME related activities internally and externally
