Your Task:

  • Team-Lead for Marketing & Product Development for a group of dedicated offerings.
  • Steering all marketing activities with regards to a group of dedicated offerings, aligned to the 'four P's' (product availability, pricing, product placement, promotion) whilst remaining compliant with relevant Data Privacy regulations.
  • Development of mid- and long-term strategic marketing plans incl. participation and presentations at external conferences.
  • Support the Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists with client visits, development of case studies and provision of customized solutions for clients.
  • Responsibility for our competitive intelligence initiative to secure product superiority and client satisfaction.
  • Realization of required product enhancements to extend the product life cycle incl. development of business case for product-related investment decisions.                                                                                                                                                  
  • Identification of new data sources or channels, service opportunities and enhance current service offerings for IQVIA.
  • Identify opportunities to use advanced technologies, digital applications to prepare the next level of IQVIA offerings.
  • Seek for new opportunities to implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.
  • Leading a team of established Product Managers with respective responsibilities.


Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed Master‘s degree in Business, Social Sciences, in a medical or scientific field.
  • At least 8-10 years‘ experience in Marketing and/or Sales within the pharma, biotech industry and/or healthcare service provider.
  • Through your many years gained in the health care industry, you are able to bring vital expertise to IQVIA and to further develop the organization.
  • Ideally you have gained experience in selling or marketing Business Intelligence Solutions (BI).
  • Recently gained experience in managing/leading a cross-functional team is mandatory.
  • Concrete experience in leading complex projects in a national or international environment is required.
  • Good knowledge with the German healthcare system is necessary.
  • Fluency in German (written & verbal) is essential.
  • Good command of English (written & verbal) is necessary.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • You work well in a team and have a pro-active and pragmatic approach.
  • Very strong problem solving skills.
  • A confident and professional manner towards customers and other business partners.
  • You think strategically and are a great networker (in and outside of the organization), in addition you are experienced with managing a diverse stakeholder group.
  • You ideally have worked with or know of the IQVIA offerings.
  • Advanced skills with MS-Office are essential.
