The Technology Solutions division of IQVIA develops, markets, and implements healthcare-focused enterprise software applications to help life sciences customers drive their business from molecule to market.

The Team The Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning team is being established to help drive some of the most critical initiatives impacting our business today. Partnering with global and regional business leaders, our team is called on to provide strategic GTM leadership for a range of efforts impacting Technology Solutions. Additionally, our team helps drive account coverage & engagement models, market sizing, opportunity identification and serves as the lead for a range of cross-functional GTM initiatives. The Role We are looking for a strategic go-to-market professional to join our growing team.

As a Manager on our Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning Team, you will play a critical role in determining how our organization approaches the marketplace. You will work closely with our Global Go-to-Market Strategy & Enablement Leader, our Commercial Operations and Analytics team, Product Leaders, and the Regional Business Units on some of highest priority initiatives impacting our business.

Specifically, you will:

  • Formalize GTM practices related to significant business events like new product launches Drive GTM-related integration efforts for mergers or acquisitions
  • Lead critical work streams of strategic initiatives sponsored by the most senior levels of IQVIA
  • Evaluate IQVIA go-to-market strategies and practices and recommend changes based on industry leading practices and organizational considerations
  • Consult with global Commercial teams on GTM strategy and best practices for product offerings and launches
  • Develop and implement a framework for regional business unit engagement to drive understanding, alignment and execution of Technology Solutions initiatives
  • Work with sales leaders to optimize account coverage and engagement models across Technology Solutions and with the other IQVIA lines of business
  • Evaluate and lead the implementation or enhancement of GTM platforms & tools Support the annual GTM planning process, including developing proposals for resource and capital expenditures
  • Support or lead other ad-hoc special projects with strategic thinking and/or program management


  • 7-10 years of experience leading strategic initiatives in technology sales MBA or Management
  • Consulting background a plus Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business-to-business technology sales and organizational practices
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to support the development of a business case/plan and assess financial viability
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible frameworks or messages
  • Able to collaborate effectively across business functions and with different stakeholder personalities
  • Able to navigate and drive alignment in a complex global organization Experienced in program management
  • Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic & demanding environment to meet critical deadlines Eagerness to flex with the needs of the business to take on new challenges
